Frequently asked questions
- Do my photos ever leave my computer?
- No. All ranking runs on-device, and no photo of yours is ever uploaded or used to train AI models.
- Which files can Cullit open?
- RAW from the major makers: CR3, CR2, NEF, ARW, RAF, ORF, RW2, DNG and more, plus JPEG, PNG and TIFF.
- Do my picks reach Lightroom?
- Yes. Star ratings and color labels are written to XMP sidecars that Lightroom Classic reads on import.
- Does it delete my photos?
- Never. Removing a photo takes it out of your Cullit project only. The file itself stays on your disk.
- How does the free trial work?
- 14 days, full features. You add a card to start the trial and nothing is charged until day 14 — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- How many devices can I use?
- Three at most: one with your plan, two you can add. Free a seat for another computer. A removed one cannot rejoin.
